pequeñITO has made the final decision in regard to whether we will be selling Udon in the future at our restaurant in Montevideo or not. It has not been an easy decision, but considering our mission to focus on our restaurant and providing authentic Japanese dishes, we have decided not to sell Udon to the general public. The production of a larger scale of Udon would cause us to cut our opening times down, which is not in the best interest for our guests nor pequeñITO. Those who would like to have Udon at their home, there is always the option that you can make your own Udon at home. We are still teaching how to make Udon from scratch by hand. Feel free to inquire more about our hands on course with the detailed description here. Not only will you be able to make Udon on your own (including recipe), but as well you can enjoy with the course the background info about the regional udon styles and taste 2 typical seasonal dishes that are not in the pequeñITO menu. We keep the groups small with just 2 people to make sure you learn all the secrets and tricks how to make truly delicious Udon on your own.
